Emergency Vehicles

We convert standard vehicles into operational units for police, civil guard, ambulance and fire services: turnkey installation and type approval.

PHASE 1 — CONVERSION KIT

Equipment & Installation

Approved Lights & Sirens

Low-profile light bar, high-power amplified siren and programmable rear LED panel, approved for operational use on public roads.

Interior Safety & Containment

High-strength partitions, approved restraint bench and anchored weapon mounts: safety for the officer and the detainee on every ride.

Operations & Communications

On-board terminal mount, sealed compartment for response equipment and independent auxiliary power supply, without draining the vehicle’s battery.

Visual Identification

High-visibility livery in line with each department’s or administration’s corporate image guidelines: colors, crest and official markings.

PHASE 2 — TYPE APPROVAL

Type-approval process

A vehicle cannot be registered as a “Police” or emergency service unit without this process. We handle the exact 4 steps required by regulation.

1

Technical modification project

Drafted and signed by a licensed industrial engineer: descriptive report, drawings, stability calculations for the added weight, and certificates for the installed components.

2

Certificate of conformity

The manufacturer or authorized workshop issues the document certifying that the modification does not compromise the vehicle’s safety.

3

Vehicle inspection (ITV)

The vehicle is presented with the project, component invoices and the workshop’s certificate at an authorized modification inspection station, which issues the favorable report.

4

DGT registration procedure

With the inspection report, the vehicle’s technical record and registration are updated, changing the vehicle’s category or service type.
