2. Data processing.
This website only collects the personal data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form, such as name, email address and message content.
The data is used exclusively to handle and respond to the inquiries received. It is not used for commercial or advertising purposes.
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the user’s consent, given by submitting the contact form.
The data will be kept only for as long as necessary to manage the inquiry and will be deleted afterwards, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
3. Data transfers.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties, nor will any international data transfers take place, except those resulting from the use of Google Analytics when the user accepts analytics cookies (see section 5).
4. User rights.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending an email to the data controller.
They also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
5. Cookie policy.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the user’s browser. This website uses the following:
- Technical (necessary) cookies:
pll_language, first-party, stores the chosen language (Spanish or English). Duration: 1 year. In addition, the browser stores the user’s cookie choice (accept or reject) in its local storage so they are not asked again on every visit. These do not require consent. - Analytics cookies (only if the user accepts them): Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Limited.
_gadistinguishes users and_ga_<ID>keeps the session state; duration: 2 years. They are used to obtain aggregated statistics on how the website is used (pages visited, time on site, device type). Until the user accepts them, the website does not load Google Analytics or send any data to Google.
Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
How to manage cookies: on your first visit you can accept or reject analytics cookies from the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; if you reject them after having accepted them, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Changes to the privacy policy.
Leukatech reserves the right to amend this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative changes or to its business activity.
